Fitness classes to increase range of motion, balance, and strength, as well as help with pain and weight loss, are given by Allan Carter, our resident trainer. They are held on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 – 9:45 A.M. in the auditorium. Sit and Fit classes are held from 8:00 – 8:45 A.M. on the same day. This class is for those unable to stand for the Senior Fitness Class. After the summer, more classes may be added. Until then, a zoom class can be attended on Tuesdays at 9:00 A.M.
