To all buyers, sellers, realtors, and title companies, Woodburn Estates & Golf is a private non-profit HOA corporation 501(c)(7) Social and Recreation Club that has rules that govern our community and define who we are with the City of Woodburn and the State of Oregon. Certain WEG filings and fees are required at closing.
If you are selling a home in Woodburn Estates & Golf:
1. Be current on fees or they will be cleared in escrow from your proceeds of the sale.
2. Request a Compliance Certification Request.
3. Receive the Architectural Planning Committee Approval Request Form sign off for your repairs.
4. Make the necessary repairs, modifications, and improvements to comply with the Compliance Certification Request.
