Certain WEG filings and fees are required at closing.

If you are selling a home in Woodburn Estates & Golf:
1. Be current on fees. If you are not they will be cleared in escrow from your proceeds of the sale.
2. Submit a Compliance Certification Request (Or see Common Forms below).
3. If you plan to do Exterior updates or repairs, please submit the Architectural Planning Committee Approval Request Form before completing the work to ensure it is in compliance with the Association rules.
4. Ensure that the escrow company handling your closing is working with the HOA to know that the working capital fund is included in the closing (1.5% of the selling price/$3,000 minimum).
