The WEG board of directors met on June 30, 2020 in the Auditorium practicing recommended Covid safety practices. An online meeting was setup and practiced successfully by a director participating remotely.
The next scheduled BOD meeting will be July 28, 2020 at 1:30 pm in the auditorium.
All board meetings are to be open and accessible to members, but COVID-19 restrictions present a problem. The Governor has placed a restriction on the number of people that can meet in the same space, so at this time, physical attendance will be limited. Members can reserve a seat by contacting the office and reserving a spot. 50 members can be accommodated including the Board members.
July Online Meeting?
Online meeting attendance will be voted on by the board in the regular July 28th meeting following a proposed motion posted from the June meeting. This motion vote will be the first item on the agenda. If successful, this meeting will go live to members who have joined the meeting via links provided by WEG on this website. In order to limit attendance to members, attendees may be required to register on this website to access meeting credentials. More details to follow.
