Senior Estates and Country Club, a private, non-profit, HOA 501(c)(7) corporation Social and Recreation Club registered with the Corporate Division of the Secretary of State’s office in the state of Oregon.
Senior Estates and Country Club is governed according to the Senior Estates and Country Club corporate documents, and the corporate laws of Oregon, as managed by the Board of Directors.
