Woodburn Estates & Golf is a DBA of Senior Estates and Country Club, a private, non-profit, HOA 501(c)(7) corporation Social and Recreation Club registered with the Corporate Division of the Secretary Of State’s office in the state of Oregon.
WEG is governed according to the WEG corporate documents, and the corporate laws of Oregon, as managed by the Board of Directors.
