Our indoor swimming pool is located in our fitness center alongside our exercise rooms.
A variety of exercise programs are available such as Water Exercise weekdays from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. Mixed water volleyball is available on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. or Tuesdays and Saturdays at 3:00 p.m. Or use the lap swimming lane for workouts on your own, anytime.
The pool is open to visiting children between the ages of 4 and 18 each day from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. with member supervision.
The Fitness Center is open to members from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily with treadmills, elliptical and exercise bikes, a Nautilus weight machine, and free weights.
