I understand that I am running for an open position on the Board of Directors of Senior Estates Golf and Country Club and am not guaranteed any specific committee position. I acknowledge that, if elected, my commitment will include attending a minimum of one board meeting every month, along with an extra board meeting in January, November, and possibly December. Furthermore, I understand that if elected, my commitment will also include attending at least one meeting with my appointed committee each month. I acknowledge that, if elected, I will be required to authorize a background check and sign an Agreement of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure.

I agree the application accurately reflects information to consider me for an open board position and am willing to publish this application in a Senior Estates Golf and Country Club Homeowners Association publication.
